“El Lance” is one of the most attractive holiday fincas on the northern side of Tenerife. The property  is situated at the foot of the village of El Tanque Alto at an altitude of app. 450 m and borders the nature area of “Acantilados de la Culata”(protected nature zone). Views are ranging from beautiful to spectacular.

There are three well appointed holiday villas grouped around the secluded, quiet courtyard within the complex. Casa Kristina is one of them. The villa features terracotta-tiled floors, comfortable, tasteful furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with electric 4-plate hob, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a spacious bathroom with washing machine. The lounge features a wood stove as well as TV (Satellite) and radio. For the chillier months gas heating is provided. A new air conditioning sytem has recently been installed.

Casa Kristina sleeps up to 5 people (one double bedroom with an extra single bed and one twin room). The house has a private terrace with sea view, and its own patio – inside garden – with BBQ and eating area.

The courtyard features an original historical wine press (spanish: lagar) and a circular cobble stone threshing area both of which have been retained by the owners in their original state and tastefully blended into the design of this outdoor area.

Prices are for two people. There will be a surcharge of  €8 per day for a third person and  €6 per day for the 4th and 5th person.

To the local shops, banks and restaurants it is only a brief 5 - 10 minute walk.
